Margaret's 55 mile trekking challenge

On her 98th Birthday, Dr Margaret Bradshaw MBE set off (with supporters) to walk the first one-mile leg of her 55-mile fund raising trek. The 55 mile target was chosen as is equivalent to circumnavigating the Teesdale Special Flora survey boundary.
